On May 13, FEEL Golf Co., Inc. (OTCBB: FEEL) announced its acquisition of Mind360, a company that developed a number of online brain games that zeroes in on cognitive skills and memory function improvements. The games are aimed towards sharpening memories, increasing focus, building reasoning skills, among others. To harness the game, each player is given a virtual brain trainer that helps along the game structure. The game was built by Danny Aboody, Dr. Eran Chajut and Gil Steiner in 2008. The aim of the games was to help people promote their confidence and increase their full potential through well defined, yet amusing and cognitive brain activities. Mind360 consists of 40 plus games and more than 10,000 players. The sign-up is free and monthly or yearly subscription is available.
Brain Games came about since Nintendo popularized these types of games with its 2006DS cartridge entitled Brain Age, a puzzle game that is inspired by the work of neuroscientist Ryuta Kawashima in Japan.  After starting with Lumosity in 2007, CEO Kunar Sakar began creating brain games for companies who try to combat Alzheimer’s disease through games that are fun but improves the mental health of millions of people.  Mind360 has been ranked number 8 for 2013 Best Brain Games Comparison and Reviews by the TopTenREVIEWS FEEL Golf Co., Inc. @
The Science Behind the Games
Over the last decades, neuroscientists have confirmed that brain function can be better with brain exercises. They have also learned that the brain can grow and expand at any point in a person’s lifetime. This phenomenon brought about many opportunities in increasing intelligence, enhancing memory, and recovering from traumatic accidents. Research shows that the brain can physically change its physical self when faced with challenging problems which is called neuroplasticity. The director of the Queensland Brain Institute, Professor Perry Bartlett, has confirmed the theory that brain exercises can benefit people regardless of age.
According to the May 1, 2013 article in the U.S. News and World Report, “As life spans continue to increase, it is becoming clearer – that our bodies and brains are becoming incredibly flexible and adaptable.” Even 90 year olds can build muscles and brain capacities called synapses. The outcome of the exercises can both be physical and mental. The iLearn Technology endorses integration of the Mind360 discipline into the classroom setting. The games can take 3 to 5 minutes and can be used to begin each day. It is something that the students would enjoy but at the same time, boost learning capabilities. Ms. Rudman said, “We will be directing company efforts to improve user experience and address issues concerning lack of customer support.  We want to be a market leader in this niche.”
Change of Corporate Name and Domicile Address
The company’s Certificate of Incorporation was amended by the Board of Directors to accurately reflect the company’s line of business – which is, health and wellness. The domicile address was also changed and filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The new corporate name is Intelligent Living Inc. (ILI) and its new address is Nevada. The domicile change may be found at the company’s Definitive Information Statement that was filed with the SEC on July 20. 2013. Both the change in name and domicile are still awaiting approval from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
The new symbol is still being determined, and the company will continue to use the name FEEL for all its trading activities. Ms. Rudman, stated, “The company is now centered on the preventive and proactive approach to health care.  The ILI name will effectively convey the focus of our company which is quality life for the elderly. We are confident that developments on electronic medical records and business solutions, among other improvements, can help make our presence known in the industry most effectively.

ILI looks forward to maintaining good relationships with shareholders and investors and will keep them abreast with the latest changes and growth within the company.
